The Solar industry is fraught with dangers for the unwary customer but Glow Green stand out as an excellent company who give great advice when choosing the right equipment and offer an equally great service for the supply and fitting of it. In my experience they were exemplary from start to finish leaving me totally satisfied with the outcome. High quality solar panels, battery and inverter all at a price which I could not beat.
Just had 10 solar panels and 2 batteries installed with glow green. The whole experience was painless, great communication throughout , no surprises. Installation went smoothly over 2 days . Glow green managed everything , scaffolding , roofing , electrical . System was fully explained . Great service and a good price as well . Would recommend
Last week I had my solar panels, battery and EV charger installed. Everything is through the phone and emails; they take care of everything: scaffolding, installation, payments. It’s going well so far. The staff members are very nice and helpful and give great advice. The electrician, the roofers and the engineer were very friendly and polite.
I have had an excellent experience with Glow Green. All the personel have been friendly and helpful and the overall efficiency and organisation is also excellent. There has been one very minor communication problem over the fitting of a replacement panel for one which was damaged on delivery but which has been resolved quickly. I recommend this company for anyone thinking about having solar panels installed. My home was respected and left in a clean and tidy manner.
Everything very efficient, scaffolding put up and removed in a timely way. Solar panels fitted on the day specified, fitting guys efficient and quick. The electrical guys fantastic, made sure we were happy with where battery was sited, explained everything on the app to us.
After some misunderstandings at the outset (entirely my fault) the whole thing went smoothly from start to finish. The engineer turned up on time and completed the work in a couple of hours. The job is neat and unobtrusive and I'm already saving £s. Can't ask for more really.

From the original proposal and my acceptance of the contract everything was completed in just over 2 weeks. Solar Xpress organised everything from erection of the scaffolding prior to installation. The installation team for the 14 solar panels and the electrician fitting the inverter and battery all worked extremely hard. Both teams were very polite and cleaned up any mess prior to leaving. So I was very pleased everything went smoothly and the system is up and operating.
Very happy with my new solar / battery / charger setup from UPS Solar. They had a site visit to confirm the design of the system and the route for the cables. The installers arrived on schedule and did a great job, making sure to check with me on any fine details of the install before going ahead. System is in and performing great thanks UPS!

From first contact to aftersales, this firm were fast to respond to any questions by email or phone. Very clear and courteously friendly. Installing team was efficient cheerful and clean. The leader was happy to explain everything and made sure that some future work I had planned would not be impeded by cabling and connection. Excellent.
