The Solar industry is fraught with dangers for the unwary customer but Glow Green stand out as an excellent company who give great advice when choosing the right equipment and offer an equally great service for the supply and fitting of it. In my experience they were exemplary from start to finish leaving me totally satisfied with the outcome. High quality solar panels, battery and inverter all at a price which I could not beat.
Just had 10 solar panels and 2 batteries installed with glow green. The whole experience was painless, great communication throughout , no surprises. Installation went smoothly over 2 days . Glow green managed everything , scaffolding , roofing , electrical . System was fully explained . Great service and a good price as well . Would recommend
Last week I had my solar panels, battery and EV charger installed. Everything is through the phone and emails; they take care of everything: scaffolding, installation, payments. It’s going well so far. The staff members are very nice and helpful and give great advice. The electrician, the roofers and the engineer were very friendly and polite.
I have had an excellent experience with Glow Green. All the personel have been friendly and helpful and the overall efficiency and organisation is also excellent. There has been one very minor communication problem over the fitting of a replacement panel for one which was damaged on delivery but which has been resolved quickly. I recommend this company for anyone thinking about having solar panels installed. My home was respected and left in a clean and tidy manner.
